Have you heard of E.L.F. Cosmetics yet? Eyes, Lips, Face is what it stands for, and all of their makeup is under a dollar!
Definitely worth checking out. I miss my old Wet 'n Wild nail polish, I can't find that anymore so hopefully ELF will be cool!
